Just got done with an 8 mile run at Diamond Bar High School’s track. Earlier today Matt Fontana updated my Ipod with some quality jams which kept me going. The weather felt really nice and my endorphins are swirling about. Now time to grab a bite to eat at the house and head over to see the beautiful Christina Midori. I’m madly in love with that girl.

Cycling Workout January 22nd
Had a very solid ride with Tom Iwata on Jan. 22nd. We rode into Chino Hills and back through Phillips Ranch and into Diamond Bar. I also figured out how to upload my workouts from my heart rate monitor to the web which is awesome.

The link above will show you the distance, the course i took (through actual photos like on google earth) the elevation, pretty much everything. It also has a player tab in the upper right which play out the route i took while displaying my speed, heart rate, and current elevation.
Let me know what you guys think. I can’t believe that all this information is packed into the watch that i wear on my workouts.
